Justin Di Rezze
Medical Director
Dr. Justin Di Rezze, medical director for The Laurels of Coldwater, serves as CEO of Theoria Medical/5-Star TeleMed, a comprehensive medical group that incorporates technology with superior patient care to provide the canvas for positive patient outcomes. A native of Michigan, Dr. Di Rezze attended Wayne State University School of Medicine where he graduated with distinction and then proceeded to Ascension St. John Hospital for his residency training in internal medicine. Dr. Di Rezze was chief hospitalist at Ascension Genesys Hospital prior to the creation of Theoria Medical/5-Star TeleMed.
Andrew Colman
Attending Physician
Dr. Andrew Colman serves as an attending physician at The Laurels of Galesburg. Dr. Colman graduated from the College of Osteopathic and Surgery at Michigan State University and has been practicing for over 35 years. Dr. Colman is certified in geriatrics and is an integral part of our healthcare team in ensuring the overall care and wellbeing of our patients.
